TERMS AND CONDITIONS — TEAM REGISTRATION AND TEXT MESSAGING

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to every parent or legal guardian ("you") who registers an athlete ("Athlete") for a PR Blocks Inc. ("PR Blocks," "we," "us") youth track and field team, or who uses the PR Blocks App or website. Section 6 (PR Blocks Text Messaging Program) applies to everyone who signs up for PR Blocks text messages, whether or not they register an athlete. PR Blocks operates a youth track and field team for athletes ages 18 and under in the St. Augustine, Florida area. Practices and competitions take place at public, school, or partner venues; PR Blocks does not currently operate its own training facility.
By checking the box agreeing to these Terms at registration, you accept them on your own behalf and on behalf of the Athlete. If you do not agree, please do not register. Agreeing to these Terms does not sign you up for text messages; texts require your separate consent, described in Section 6.
1. REGISTRATION DETAILS
The team or program, season dates, age group, team fee, and payment option you choose are shown at checkout in the PR Blocks App and on your emailed receipt. Those details are part of these Terms. If they conflict with these Terms, the checkout details control as to the program, season dates, and fees.
2. WHAT THE TEAM FEE INCLUDES
The team fee covers coaching and scheduled team practices for the season you registered for, along with team communications through the PR Blocks App.
Not Included. Unless your checkout details say otherwise, the team fee does not include meet entry fees, USATF or AAU membership fees, uniforms or team apparel, travel, lodging, or camps and clinics. These are offered and paid for separately.
Practice Locations and Schedule. Practice times and locations are posted in the PR Blocks App and may change because of weather, venue availability, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you of changes as early as reasonably possible.
3. FEES AND PAYMENT
You authorize PR Blocks to charge your payment method on file through Stripe for the team fee shown at checkout. If you choose monthly installments, you authorize us to charge each installment on its scheduled date. Installments end automatically at the close of the season. Nothing renews unless you register the Athlete for a new season.
All card processing and storage are handled by Stripe. PR Blocks does not store card numbers. You may update your billing information at any time in the PR Blocks App under Payments & Orders.
Failed Payments. If a scheduled payment fails, we will email you a link to update your billing information. If a payment remains unpaid for more than ten (10) days, we may pause the Athlete's participation until the balance is paid.
4. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
3-Business-Day Cancellation. You may cancel within three (3) business days of registration, not counting weekends and legal holidays, by emailing help@prblocks.com, and you will receive a full refund within 30 days.
After 3 Business Days. You may withdraw the Athlete at any time by emailing help@prblocks.com. For monthly installments, no further installments will be charged after we receive your withdrawal, and installments already paid are not refunded. For registrations paid in full, fees are non-refundable after the 3-business-day period, except as described below.
Injury, Illness, or Relocation. If the Athlete can no longer participate for the rest of the season because of a documented injury or illness (with a physician's note), or because your family moves more than 50 miles away, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid fees on a pro-rata basis.
Program Cancellation. If PR Blocks cancels the season or program, you will receive a pro-rata refund of any prepaid fees for the portion of the season not provided.
5. ATHLETE SAFETY AND CONDUCT
PR Blocks follows the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code and Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies (MAAPP). Athletes are expected to treat coaches, teammates, officials, and opponents with respect. We may remove an Athlete from practice or competition for conduct that endangers others, and may end participation for serious or repeated violations, in which case Section 4 applies.
You are responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up at practices and meets, and for telling us about any medical condition, allergy, or limitation that may affect the Athlete's safe participation.
6. PR BLOCKS TEXT MESSAGING PROGRAM (SMS)
Program name and sender. PR Blocks Text Messages, sent by PR Blocks Inc. This section applies to everyone who opts in, including parents and guardians, adult athletes, and people asking about our programs. PR Blocks also communicates through the PR Blocks App and by email; text messages are optional.
Optional Consent. We send text messages only to adults (18+) who opt in, and we ask separately for each kind of text. On our website forms, at registration, and in the PR Blocks App, there are two separate, optional, unchecked boxes, and you may tick either, both, or neither: Reminders and updates (texts about your account and activities, such as practice and session reminders, schedule and weather changes, cancellation notices, and payment notices) and Offers (promotional and marketing texts, such as program announcements, special offers, and sign-up reminders). Texting JOIN to (904) 827-7514 signs you up for Offers only (promotional texts); it does not sign you up for anything else. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of registration or of any purchase. You give consent directly to PR Blocks Inc. We do not buy, sell, or rent phone numbers or consent, and we do not use lead generators, affiliates, or other third parties to collect consent or to send marketing for us.
What We Send. We send each kind of text only to people who agreed to that kind. Reminders and updates: practice and meet reminders, schedule and weather changes, cancellation notices, account and payment notices, and team announcements. Offers: program announcements, special offers, and sign-up reminders. If you text us a question, we may reply to it in that conversation. We do not send text messages to anyone under 18. Messages about an athlete under 18 go only to a parent's or guardian's mobile number.
PR Blocks (904-827-7514): Reminders and updates for people who ticked that box, and Offers for people who ticked the Offers box or texted JOIN.
Frequency and Cost. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
Opting Out and Help. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from that number at any time. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact help@prblocks.com or 904-323-0524.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except our text-message provider, which uses it only to deliver our messages. 7. LIABILITY WAIVER
Before the Athlete practices or competes, you must sign the separate PR Blocks Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk Agreement. Liability, assumption of risk, and indemnification are governed by that document and are not addressed in these Terms.
8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the updated version with a new "Last Updated" date. Any change that affects the fees for a season you have already registered for will be emailed to you at least 30 days in advance, and you may withdraw before the change takes effect with a pro-rata refund of any prepaid fees.
9. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Before taking any formal action, you and PR Blocks agree to try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at help@prblocks.com. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it may be brought in the courts located in St. Johns County, Florida.
10. SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, your checkout details, and the PR Blocks Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk Agreement are the entire agreement between you and PR Blocks regarding the Athlete's team registration.
